薄絹かさねに繧繝/ Silk Layers with Ungen

JR徳島駅前のホテル「阿波観光ホテル」さんのリニューアルに合わせ、ホテルロビーの坪庭を眺められる場所、その大きなガラス面にかける藍染作品を制作させていただきました。

ISSO was asked to create an indigo-dyed work to be hung on a large glass wall in the lobby of the Awa Kanko Hotel, a hotel near JR Tokushima Station, where you can look out over the hotel’s tsuboniwa garden.

阿波観光ホテル１階「COFFEE & WINE あわBLUE LABEL」では、同店で作られたオリジナルのバームクーヘンをお召し上がりいただけます。「薄絹かさねに繧繝」以外にも藍染作品を展示いただいていますので、お近くにお立ち寄りの際は、ホテルでのお茶がてら、ぜひ足を運んでみてください。

At “COFFEE & WINE AWA BLUE LABEL” on the 1st floor of Awa Kanko Hotel, original baumkuchen made at the store is served. In addition to the “Silk Layers with Ungen”, other indigo-dyed works are also on display, so if you come around , please stop by the hotel for your break.
